With a brief to transform a neglected shack into an Avalon oasis for a family who needed to balance indoor homelife with the beautiful surrounds and outdoors where their property was nestled, we called on Luke Farrugia (architect) and Laura Cook (architect) to bring the space to life alongside our dedicated and highly experienced team.
The kitchen, dining and entertainment areas effortlessly flow out to the wrap-around balcony evoking a sense of ease between play and practicality, with the pool and flat back lawn for the kids just beyond this, meaning this large family home is set to make the most of the location, seasons and provide for the young family’s needs as these evolve over time.
